our history
Penumbra Group, Inc. began influencing corporate culture as a talent management consulting practice, specializing in selection, retention and development services. As we engaged with our clients through workshop facilitation, consulting, and training, we found our customized solutions often required media and design work in order to address increasingly global and virtual teams.
We created penumbra media & design to address the ongoing needs of our clients to communicate their corporate culture to both employees and customers through internal and external branding. We help our clients engage others in a story that remains aligned with - rather than independent of - their culture.
As a boutique agency, we maintain the flexibility to entrench ourselves in each of our client’s businesses and industries. We also partner with other experts in media and design, which allows us to bring not only our personal experiences and best practices, but those of the entire collective.
